Welcome! My name is Rachel Sharpe. I am an Integrated Engineering graduate with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering, an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Engineering Management. I currently serve as an Engineering Manager and am pursuing a PhD in Engineering Education at the University of Colorado Boulder. I am passionate about applying engineering and entrepreneurial principles to engineering education in order to support student retention, belonging, and engagement.
